A proven leader, strategic thinker and problem solver, she spent 18 years in both the public and private sectors in Boston and New York City, guiding complex planning initiatives and development projects through the complicated public approval process.
Lauren formed LSC Planning & Development, LLC in 2023 with the goal of providing a range of professional consultant services to various entities (including institutional, municipal, non-profit, and private clients), with a focus on urban planning and real estate development.
These specialized services include offering strategic guidance on land use, zoning and entitlements, public process and community engagement, urban development, public policy, market trends, and best practices.
